Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF
ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
   The Carolina Ascent & Agape Closets $5,000 Closet Makeover Sweepstakes (the
   “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Carolina Ascent Football Club, located in Charlotte, North
   Carolina (the “Sponsor”). The prize is provided by Agape Closets.
2. Eligibility
   The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Charlotte, North Carolina DMA which
   includes parts of South Carolina who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of
   entry.
   Employees, officers, and directors of Carolina Ascent, Agape Closets, and their respective
   affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members
   (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or household members of each are not eligible to participate.
   Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
   The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on March 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM
   Eastern Time on March 29, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
   Entries submitted outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
   During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by completing the official online entry
   sweepstakes survey form available via the Carolina Ascent website, social media channels, or
   team email communications.
   Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period unless otherwise specified.
   Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different identities or methods may result in
   disqualification.
   Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive:
   A $5,000 custom closet makeover from Agape Closets
   Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000
   Prize includes consultation, design, and installation services provided by Agape Closets.
   Prize conditions:
    Closet installation must be within Agape Closets’ service area (Charlotte North Carolina
   DMA)
    Prize must be redeemed within 6 months of winner notification unless otherwise
   agreed.
    Prize is transferable within 1 month but not redeemable for cash.
    Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
   One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
   The drawing will take place on or about March 30, 2026.
   The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information
   provided at entry.
   If the potential winner:

 cannot be contacted within five (5) days,
 fails to respond, or
 is found ineligible,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Odds of Winning
   Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the
   Sweepstakes Period.
8. Taxes
   The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with
   acceptance of the prize.
   Winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and may receive a 1099-MISC tax
   form for the value of the prize.
9. Publicity Release
   Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor
   and its promotional partners to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, city, and
   state for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical
    failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
    Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or
    violates these Official Rules.
11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Carolina Ascent, Agape Closets,
their affiliates, employees, partners, and agents from any liability arising from participation in
the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

12. Privacy
    Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy
    policy and may be used for marketing communications from Carolina Ascent.
    Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
13. Social Media Disclaimer
    This Sweepstakes may be promoted via social media platforms including Facebook and
    Instagram.
    The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
    Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
