Parking
Parking is available in all CPCC parking garages and lots around the stadium and is $15 per car. Cash and card are accepted when entering the lots.
Mobile Ticketing
All tickets for Carolina Ascent FC matches will be processed digitally. You will receive a confirmation email from ETix after purchasing. Click the blue ‘View Tickets’ button or use the link within the email to manage your tickets digitally. Tickets can be added directly to your mobile wallet or scanned for entry. Please download your tickets prior to arriving at the stadium on matchday. Tickets are also sold in person on game day at the box office, but there will be no paper tickets available at the box office. The box office is cashless; all major forms of credit cards are accepted.
Children three and under do not require a ticket. Anyone aged three and older must have a ticket for admission to the match.

Transportation
In addition to the parking options in the CPCC garages, American Legion Memorial Stadium is also located near multiple stops on the CityLYNX Gold Line Streetcar route: CPCC and Elizabeth/Hawthorne.
Ridesharing options are also available. Fans are encouraged to utilize these options to return home safely. Please don’t drink and drive.
Fan Code of Conduct
VIP On-Field Seating
The VIP On-Field Seating will open when gates open. Food will be served in the Grady Cole Center adjacent to the scoreboard end of the stadium. Please refer to the stadium map for further insight. A cash bar will be located on the sideline near midfield to serve the VIP On-Field guests.
All VIP On-Field attendees must have proper I.D. at check-in and must provide proof of age to enjoy alcoholic beverages.
We ask that all VIP On-Field guests refrain from any aggressive or insulting behavior towards players, game officials and other guests. Any of this type of behavior will result in removal from the match.
Merchandise
Merchandise stores will be set up at Gate 1 and Gate 3. Merchandise can also be bought online through the Official Team Store.
Emergency
WEATHER
American Legion Memorial Stadium is an outdoor venue and thus susceptible to bad weather. Games will be delayed in the event of lightning and will be canceled if conditions are deemed unplayable by the match officials. Instructions will be provided in the stadium for fans to seek shelter as needed.
MEDICAL
A Guest Services room is located in the northeast corner of the concourse near Gate 3 where fans needing medical or health assistance can receive these services.
LOST ITEMS
Lost items may be returned to the box office at Gate 3.
LOST CHILDREN
Any child found missing their guardian should be brought to the press box located on the south side of the stadium above the Blue Cross NC Club Seats. Parents looking for a lost child should also report to the press box for assistance.

ACCESSIBILITY
Wheelchair and other ADA accessible seating is located on the concourse throughout the stadium areas. Please call the Ticket Office in advance to request ADA seating.
ALCOHOL
Fans are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol while in American Legion Memorial Stadium. Anyone under the age of 21 or visibly intoxicated will not be served alcohol. Alcohol sales will stop after the 80th minute of the match. All persons ordering alcohol will be asked to show proof of age.
ANIMALS
Service Dogs with the proper certification are allowed inside American Legion Memorial Stadium.
Please follow these guidelines:
- Respect other fans.
- Please keep your dog on a leash.
- Please clean up after your dog.
- Please keep your dog from physically or audibly disrupting other fans.
EPILEPSY WARNING
Fans at American Legion Memorial Stadium may experience flashing lights which may be unsuitable for those with photosensitive epilepsy.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in American Legion Memorial Stadium. Special considerations may be made for medical reasons.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is allowed at American Legion Memorial Stadium, however you must be scanned out by the ticketing staff and scanned back in upon re-entry.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds or exchanges on parking, tickets, or concessions. Cancellation of a game will result in a credit being applied to the fans account to be used for future ticketing or parking purchases in the same calendar year.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside American Legion Memorial Stadium outside of the designated smoking areas.
