Host sites include venues in North Carolina and South Carolina
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (June 16, 2023) – Super League Carolina, the western Carolina’s first women’s professional soccer team, today announced the initial schedule for the club’s Listening Sessions, organized to gain insight, ideas and feedback from passionate soccer fans in North Carolina and South Carolina communities.
The goal of each Listening Session is to facilitate meaningful conversations that will help shape the foundation for the club’s development. Fans will be asked to share their opinions on certain topics like branding, logos, game day experience and more. The sessions will be interactive, encouraging participation from fans of all ages.
Four (4) Listening Sessions are currently planned in Rock Hill, S.C., Charlotte, N.C. and Cornelius, N.C. Additional sessions are still being finalized and will be announced at a later date.
Fans who are unable to attend the listening sessions but still want to be involved in building the club can fill out the digital survey through the Super Fan Forum.
LISTENING SESSION SCHEDULE:
The USL Super League is a professional women’s soccer league set to kick off in August 2024. The USL Super League has committed to U.S. Soccer’s Division One standards, reflecting its collective vision to be a global leader in women’s soccer on and off the field while providing more opportunities for more women in more communities. Eight initial markets have been announced for the inaugural 2024 season with five additional markets slated for subsequent seasons.
