NUCOR GREEN GAME
The Green Game is one of our signature sustainability initiatives. Carolina Ascent FC wears specialty green jerseys exclusive to the event. Following the match, each jersey is signed by the player and auctioned to fans, with proceeds benefiting Catawba Riverkeeper.
As part of the event, the first 1,000 fans receive a co-branded Team Green T-shirt made from recyclable materials. We also recognize our Green Heroes—community members who have made meaningful contributions toward environmental sustainability—during an on-field halftime ceremony. Each Green Hero is featured on the videoboard, recognized with a public address announcement, presented with a specialty Green Game jersey and a gift bag, and receives four complimentary midfield club tickets to enjoy the match.
