CAROLINA ASCENT INVESTS IN DRESS FOR SUCCESS
Creating pathways for women to rise.
The Carolina Ascent Foundation believes that empowerment extends far beyond the soccer field.
Through strategic partnerships, we are creating opportunities for women to build confidence, strengthen their skills, expand their networks and pursue a greater future.
Our partnership with Dress for Success Charlotte brings that vision to life.
Dress for Success Charlotte has championed women’s economic mobility in the Charlotte region since 2000 by providing professional attire, career development, financial education, opportunities for networking and employment support. In 2025, more than 700 women accessed its programs and services (Dress for Success Website).
